The Chrysler Pacifica is a great minivan. Its cabin is filled with high-quality materials, and it remains quiet even when driving at high speeds. Only in its second model year, the Pacifica offers a lengthy list of modern technology that also includes plenty of driver assistance features. We named the Pacifica a finalist for our 2018 Best Minivan for the Money award because it has one of the best combinations of quality and value in the class. The Pacifica’s innovative features, spacious interior, and good safety scores also led us to name it a finalist for our 2018 Best Minivan for Families award.
You can boast about the Pacifica’s performance just as much – it rides comfortably over rough roads, gets moving quickly, and has higher fuel economy than most other minivans. The Pacifica is also available as a plug-in hybrid. The Pacifica has less cargo space and smaller second- and third-row seats than what class rivals offer. Overall, there’s little else to complain about with this Chrysler.

The 2019 Chrysler Van, on the other hand, is a better package, as we noted in a 2017 First Test, thanks to its smooth powertrain and well-calibrated brakes that smoothly transition between regenerative and mechanical braking. However, since it isn’t a plug-in hybrid, the 2019 Chrysler Van doesn’t have much EV mode range and can only travel around 0.5 miles on electricity.A rearview camera with rear parking sensors is now standard on all models.
The car is the only 2019 Chrysler Van trim level that can be had with a cool two-tone exterior color scheme. The ride itself was smooth, and road imperfections were barely felt.”
